In this way, we have no difficulty when the time comes for the government to take over the payment of nursing home expenses.

Typically, we save over half of the estate for individuals going into a nursing home, and more than that on behalf of spouses whose loved one is going into a nursing home. For wives with limited income whose husbands enter a nursing home, we are frequently able to have the entire nursing home bill and pharmacy expenses paid by the government without loss of any assets to the wife (community spouse).

We also concentrate in taxation planning. We can tailor a plan to maximize tax savings in income taxes, capital gains taxes, and inheritance taxes.
